Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for memory compiler block placement, power ring and interconnect routing, physical and functional verification.

-Duties include: Power verification using HSIM PWRA
-performing layout and net list verification and tests through DRC and LVS
-memory compiler integration, validation and maintenance
-generation of the complete set of release documentation, formal release of Memory Compilers and post release support

Required Qualifications

-Knowledge of scripting languages (preferably TCL, C-shell, Perl) is a plus
-Typically requires no previous professional experience
-Knowledge base generally acquired from a college degree or equivalent course training
-Learns to use professional concepts
-Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
-Follows standard practices and specific, outlined, and detailed procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
-Normally receives detailed instructions on work, which is reviewed regularly by manager or more senior peers
-Builds routine working relationships internally
-Contacts are primarily with direct manager and other peers in the group or department
