Job responsibilities

• Ensure that the payments for the operational and client transactions are processed timely, accurately within the deadlines
• Follow up for bank balances
• Open new bank accounts upon request and follow up for the problematic bank accounts
• Enhance Division operational efficiency to attain minimum manual intervention
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports of Treasury Division
• Prepare daily reports for current balances
• Prepare short term forecast of cash flows, analyze and plan short term payments volume
• Follow up with the current tasks for payments within the deadlines
• Be in touch with the representatives of international banks
• Organizing archive process of bank statements
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing appropriate payment methods
• Perform other relevant duties as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Accounting or in related field
• At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in banking sector
• Familiarity with Crypto transactions and Crypto community
• Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a must
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
