Job description

The Company is looking for a motivated, experienced Logistics Specialist. The relevant experience of working with customs documentation and public authorities is a must. Fluent knowledge of English is a must. Higher education in the relevant field is required.

Job responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and sustainability of the logistics strategy within the country, defined at Group level,
• Ensure delivered goods are customs cleared and entered into stock properly and on time,
• Ensure proper customs documents management and reporting,
• Ensure imported goods have certification and EEU declarations of conformity,
• Maintain tracking of international and local shipments, 
• Agree and organize ordered goods pick-up and delivery to Armenia,
• Prepare weekly/monthly customs and group reports,
• Manage daily logistics activities, including Purchase Ordering System, etc,
• Analyze slow and non movers, overstock and out-of-stock,
• Ensure inventory in the country is in-line with the objective agreed with HQ,
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual customs reports are sent on time,
• Maintain the certificate database by brand and product, and update when necessary,
• Ensure that all parameters in the system are set correctly for ordering the goods via F&R,
• Collaborate with category managers to organize local and global shipments properly.

Required qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages,
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
• Relevant experience in Logistics,
• Knowledge of Eurasian Economic Union customs code and Armenian related legislation,
• Detail-oriented personality,
• Team player,
• Excellent communication skills.
