Needs to hire 2 Freelancers FLOOR CLEANING SOLUTIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER Do you want to be part of a start up company in the US? Then this vacancy is for you!!! A start up company in the US dealing with floor cleaning is looking for a few remote office assistants. Job duties will be answering phone calls and customers’ queries, as well as dispatching and scheduling appointments. Must speak good English in order to explain services if necessary. Training provided. 40 hours per week. Flexible shifts. We work during central time which is one hour behind EST. Pay is $800 USD plus any transaction fees. JOB OVERVIEW: Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Order Management: o Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online channels. o Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians for job assignments o Confirm appointments with customers and provide service details. 2. Customer Communication: o Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally. o Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills. o Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion. 3. Claims Handling: o Assist customers in registering claims related to service quality or damage. o Coordinate with the appropriate team members to resolve claims efficiently. 4. Appointment Reminders: o Send appointment reminders to customers and technicians to ensure on-time service delivery. o Maintain an organized schedule and update appointments as needed. 5. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: o Accurately enter customer information and service details into the CRM system. o Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service history. 6. Documentation Support: o Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations as and if needed. 7. Supplier Communication: o Communicate with suppliers to place orders, inquire about product availability, and track deliveries, supporting office manager if needed. o Maintain supplier contact information and records. 8. Marketing Support: o Assist in coordinating marketing activities, including email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertising. o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries generated by marketing initiatives. 9. General Administrative Tasks: o Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other team members as required. $800.00 Fixed-price Expert I am willing to pay higher rates for the most experienced freelancers ONE-TIME PROJECT
