The Cafesjian Museum Foundation of Armenia administrates and supports the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. The Foundation was co-founded in April of 2002 by the Republic of Armenia and the Cafesjian Museum Foundation of America. The Cafesjian Center for the Arts is dedicated to bringing the best of contemporary art to Armenia. Inspired by the vision of its founder, Mr. Gerard L. Cafesjian, the Center offers a wide variety of exhibitions, the majority of which are derived from Mr. Cafesjian’s own extensive collection of contemporary art. A diverse program of visiting lecturers, classic films, concerts, and numerous educational programs for adults and children augment the Center’s vigorous exhibition schedule.
