Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan hotel is looking for a dedicated and guest-focused Guest Service Representative (Guest Relations Specialist) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent guest satisfaction before, during, and after the stay.

Working hours: 8:00AM-5:00 PM and 2:00PM-11:00PM, 5 days weekly

Job responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional first impression,
• Maintain close communication with guests throughout their stay,
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and special needs efficiently,
• Provide recommendations regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation upon request,
• Prepare personalized notes and amenities for guestrooms (welcome notes, special occasion notes, etc.),
• Handle and resolve guest complaints in a courteous and professional manner,
• Send post–check-out emails to guests and collect feedback on their sta, 
• Record and follow up on guest feedback to support service improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English is mandatory,
• Service experience is an advantage,
• Availability to work flexible shifts․
