Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները

  • Bachelors Degree in hotel industry. Master degree is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills of Armenian, English and Russian.
  • Must have interpersonal skills and commitment to internal customer service standards.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must be able to multi-task, a self-starter, and have the ability to apply appropriate resolution to stressful situations.
  • Must have strong computer skills and be able to operate the Property Management System.
  • Must be capable of performing all hourly functions and operating all equipment in hotel.
  • Must be able to work all shifts and be flexible in the amount of works hours at the job.
  • EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 2 experiences in hotel industry, with significant luxury and international experience.

  • Receives and resolved or assists the General Manager in resolving guest complaints and service recovery process.
  •  Selects or assist in the selection of hotel staff
  • Review employee performance and conducts personnel actions such as disciplinary actions
  •  Assist GM in key property issues including capital projects, customer service and refurbishment
  •  Performs daily, weekly and monthly property inspections.
  • Ensures property, grounds, physical plant and work areas maintained to standard.
  •  Builds strong working relationships and communications with hotel staff and other departments to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfillment of special event need.
  •  Cover shifts is all departments as scheduled by the General Manager.
  •  Monitor maintenance progress and FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment) conditions and provide status report to GM.
  •  Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
  •  Assist the GM in in all aspects of business planning.
  •  All Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

POSITION TITLE: Assistant General Manager
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and provides
support to the General Manager. 
Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the management with the daily operations of the hotel to
maintain standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection
while managing costs within budget.
