• Monitor program costs; calculate fees; monitor work orders, provide financial assistance to management staff
• Prepare cost report summaries and special statistical cost studies
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts payable balances to ensure that they are accurate at all times
• Understand and analyze the workflow of payments systems
• Use payments system data to generate financial reports
• Check different payment systems balances, data reconciliation from different software’s
• Make crypto transfers, withdrawals and top-ups in payment systems
• Prepare reports on collections activity, payment processing trends, and financial status
• Responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining financial processes that improve accuracy and efficiency of payment processes
• Manage and resolve complex payment exceptions and issues among third-party payment processors and customer billing and accounting systems
• Compile cost estimates and other financial projections; assists in detailed reports of cost proposals
• Use accounting skills to analyze financial data and make sense of it, create reports and other documents that are accurate and informative
• Perform other related duties as required

Պահանջվող որակավորումներ

• University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
• Experience in a Payment Services industry and Crypto sphere will be an asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a must
• Good knowledge of English is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mind and problem solving skills
• Establish priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Work independently with minimal supervision or in team
• Knowledge of exchange will be an asset
