Job responsibilities
• proceed customer applications submitted through online systems;
• implement transactions by fast money transfer systems;
• implement other online services provided by the Bank;
• reply to messages sent by clients via online systems;
• in case of any problems with the online systems contact the customer and quickly fix the issues;
• in case of suspicious transactions or rejected ones, contact the customer and provide details about the rejection.
Required qualifications
• university degree in economics or finance;
• at least a year's professional experience in the field;
• excellent command of Armenian banking legislation;
• good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel as well as AS-Bank 4.0 software programs;
• international qualifications will be a strong plus;
• negotiation and conflict management skills;
• excellent communication skills, literate speech;
• advanced analytical skills;
• customer-oriented approach;
• ability and desire to learn quickly;
• excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English.
